Opera Works Education and Community Fund
Opera Queensland’s Education and Community program, Opera Works, offers a wide range of events and activities to engage with children and young people, and connect to those in regional and remote communities.
Key activities include in-school creative residencies, specially commissioned works for primary school children, cross-cultural projects with Indigenous communities and a suite of learning resources for students and teachers.
We believe the Opera Works program should be accessible to everyone so we endeavour to keep participation fees low or provide projects free-of-charge. It simply isn’t possible to continue to do this without the support of individuals, companies and charitable foundations.
